I'm passionate about helping people to meet their real estate goals. That could be seeing someone buy into their first home; sensitively selling a deceased estate; or guiding people toward future wealth through wise investment. The personal:
I've lived in the Waikato for over 40 years and have been a local business owner for the past 25. I'm proud to now own LJ Hooker Ngaruawahia with Paula Jelaca, and I love the fact that we are locals, working with and supporting other locals in this fast-growing community. There's nowhere else I'd rather call home!
The credentials:
All my professional working life I have been involved in sales and negotiation, and this experience has crossed over seamlessly to the real estate sector. Testament to this skill set, I recently achieved membership of the LJ Hooker Captains Club that recognises high-achieving, customer-driven professionals across the LJ Hooker group.
The aptitude:
I constantly think outside the square, and have the foresight to look past what's right in front of me to see the possibilities. Part of my job is to help you see that potential, so you can utilise it to your best advantage; the other part is to help buyers see that potential, so they're primed to offer you the best possible price for your property.
The drive:
In a commercial sense, I'm driven by the growth and development of our region, and having both owned and leased several business premises myself, I am in the unique position of understanding the challenges faced by both property investors, and those looking to lease property.
